3. The maximum area our vulcanizer can vulcanize is 80×70 square millimeters.
4. Our vulcanizer is economical, convenient and durable. After being open for continuous 10 hours, our vulcanizing machine's electric power consumption is only 1 to 2 degree.
5. To repair the inner tire, heat the lower mold and make the temperature be at 140 to 150 degrees. To repair the outside tire, heat the upper mould or the lower mold or two molds and make the temperature be at 160 to 170 degrees.
6. To open the switch of upper mold or lower mold or the switches of two molds, the temperature will rise automatically. The vulcanizing time is about 8 to 10 minutes.
