Features
1. The full automatic tire changer is designed with heightened and lengthened right auxiliary arm, which increases the covering surface when it works. The height of the manipulator, which is pneumatically controlled, can be freely regulated.
2. The tire lifting device and bead breaker on the left can be freely elevated to any height needed. This makes the full automatic tire changer more labor-saving for changing tire.
3. With a central positioning unit, the tire and turntable can keep concentric after instant positioning.
4. 360°rotary tire pressing assembly, 24" large turntable and high power motor, combine to make the full automatic tire changer ideal for larger, wider, new type high grade tires.
5. The inflation system provides instant gas exhausting, facilitating tight and close fitting of the vacuum tire rim and wheel rim.

1. Our full automatic tire changer comes with a 20-inch working disc, which can be equipped with wearable washer to provide the outside clamping of 11''-20'', and inside clamping of 13''-23’’.
2. The mounting head, made of special steel, is firm, unbending and fracture-safe.
3. Hard oxidation, superior seal elements, together with chromalized piston rod, combine to offer minimum running resistance and strong clamping force.

1. Our GT920 full automatic tire changer, designed with thick turntable, suits use for Φ1,000mm tires with rim diameter of 10”-22”.
2. By use of high upright post, the full automatic tire changer is applicable to 300mm wide tires.
3. 10A universal change-over switch with pure silver contact is adopted, for large load capacity and long lifetime.
4. The vertical shaft is made of S41 hexagonal steel which is strong enough for dismounting 10”-22” stiff tire.
